Trajan Pro, traced n graced, hand carved. I don't believe in sin. And I don't believe in people who think of themselves and others as sinners. This was partly a response to an unusual conversation I had with a vehement Christian while I was on Jury Service and I whole heartedly disagreed with his world view! On a simple level, I would say there are some perfectly decent concepts to most religions but this idea that the world was broken by God because people turned away from God is just ridiculous to me and, I think, does more harm than good. The words of this piece are my own will yet it is also supposed to be humorous partly because they are carved in stone. ... I enjoyed carving some small letters in marble - in part practice for a grave job that I should be starting soon.
