Hand-carved Roman Caps. Traced n graced! I was told a saying like this by an older chap at the back of a coach we were both on in the summer of 2002! I think it might be an African proverb but I'm not sure. It is surely a metaphor, is it not? We know that this saying is not always true in nature. At first consideration, I thought it might relate to Money, as in Money flows to the rich not the poor, but others tell me they think that is not the right interpretation.
